App freezes every time

I don’t enjoy using this app at all I always have to walk to the bank because the app freezes and leaves my transaction hanging almost all the time. Have uninstalled and reinstalled but still same issues

Can’t signup

After filling the forms and pressed the the continued button nothing works neither does it show any message to me why
