Old system was so much more user friendly

I can tell they have tried to make it better but it doesn’t seem intuitive. And maybe just a little to simple.

The new bill pay is terrible. I’m going to change banks and I’ve been with them over 8 years. It’s awful.

I just updated my app and this app is no good. It keeps telling me no internet connection., even though I’m connected. I cannot access my information. It deleted my username and password. ) ,: UPDATE:7/25/2023 I recently updated my First Cititenz Federal Credit Union app stating that it was no good. However, after I installed the app, all I needed was a reboot of my mobile device for the app to reconize it. Thanks for your response

This awful bank is awful in their awfulness. Can you guess how awful the app is?

If you have any issue with their online banking, good luck connecting with anyone that knows how to assist you, or even cares to.

This app is over simplified, not giving me access to pending charges or other features the old app gave, which more closely resembled the desktop version.

Keeps asking me to retake photos. Also, no confirmation number. Maybe not needed anymore

So frustrating. 9 times out of 10 this app won’t open and when it does it crashes. It’s time to work on this. So behind in technology. I only gave it one star because you can’t give zero stars.
