I wish they would fix the problem that the other reviews mentioned, the app just doesn’t work after a while and I can’t get it to work again

Unable to make mobile deposits with the app
I usually don’t leave reviews but this really needs fixed, it won’t allow me to sign in I can sign in the web just find but the app won’t allow me to sign in its ridiculous! Id leave zero stars if it let me!
App simply does not work at all
At first i had the quick view enabled. Then it kept signing me out and the quick view quit working. Now it won’t even let me sign in. It keeps saying answer a security question below, there isn’t any question to answer, only the cancel button
Currently unusable. This app has always been buggy as other reviews highlight. Most notably around log-in. Ever since the most recent update I can no longer access the app at all. After entering credentials on log-in prompt I am told to select a method to receive a security code. But the box to select an option never appears. Unable to log-in. The UI/UX and developer need to get on the same page with each other and then have some quality checks afterward.
I have yet to get past the login because even with correct information the app tells me it needs to confirm my device with a code swnd by means of an ‘option below’ that it never provides for me to choose from and click 😖
Can’t log on mobile anymore due to a security message popping up after I log in. It says “choose an option below” and the only option is cancel… useless app right now.
Use to access this app regularly to confirm my paycheck auto deposited correctly. About a week ago I started getting a message at the very bottom of my phone screen stating: “Security Channel Selection For added security we must send you a security code. Select an option below.” However, I can’t see any options to select(msg at bottom of screen), I can’t scroll down, and the app is greyed out with a permanent “loading” icon. I have tried signing out/in with password (rather than Face ID), closing/reopening app, removing and reinstalling app, logging into the page via Safari on the same device- and can still not get thru or past the “Security Channel Selection” block. Very frustrated.
