Low Interest Rates!
The interest rate on the 1st Direct so-called Bonus Savings account is very low!
Very easy to use
I find using the fd app is very easy and intuitive. It’s easy to navigate through the various functions and between accounts. I particularly like the easy transfer of funds to other payees and accounts.
Over complicated app
It has been six months since I am with first direct bank and to be honest it’s very hard to use their app. For everything I have to call and get it done which is smooth experience so far and reason being continue to use their services.

First Direct are simply the best. Been with FD since 1999 and never had an issue. If you need to speak to someone then they are there and the service is second to none.
