App is plagued with bugs. Works for a while then doesn’t. Updated, reinstalled, requested password reset, and more, and still fails to log me in.
Constantly doesn’t work and every time it gets update after I finally get it to work it quits working again. Also doesn’t work well if traveling outside the continental U.S. making it inconvenient for those that travel often, or have to stay overseas for some time. I rally enjoy banking with fffcu but this app makes it difficult to.
This APP IS NOT USER FRIENDLY
I think about the person that developed the new version of this app almost daily. I think that I hate them. I honestly hope they read this someday because their career path was a curse on my life. I have to change banks now and I don’t really know how to do that. Some day though.
I’ve tried to give this a chance. This new app & the site both are frustrating. The app is not easy to use and you have to decipher thru transactions. You can’t see all scheduled automatic transfers all in one screen.
This app is very bad, doesn’t use Face ID like the old app, very clunky and slow (it’s not my phone or my internet other banking apps work just fine) not as easy to use as the last app. Just an overall poor experience.
I feel like the old app was way easier to use! This ones not as user friendly. We also don’t like that we each have to have our own logins.
The new app is terrible! User interface is confusing. Difficult to maneuver around, figuring out my withdrawals and deposits takes a Phd to understand. Doesn’t show pending transactions…..this app is horrible, bring back the old one!
New app is horrible looking. All around confusing and difficult to use. Definitely was not looked over by management and tested before it was released.
User interface is absolutely horrible. Can’t differentiate my withdrawals from my deposits unless I study it. If I wanted to look at it in depth I would just use the website. Also there’s no Face ID which is quite annoying
