Half the time the app will state “No account information available at this time” when trying to view your balance. I assume it’s some kind of server issue they continue to have, but it’s very frustrating. I should be able to view my balance when necessary so I find it highly unacceptable that this happens so frequently.

Always kicks me out when it’s important

Application is trash!

Even when I make payments before the due dates, they aren’t processed in time, and late fees are still deducted. I might be better to handle it in person at a facility.

Worst bank I’ve ever been with the bank switched over from simply and in the last week I’ve had $400 missing out of my account.

Garbage

This is the worst banking application I’ve seen every time a storm hits it never works and my money is not in the bank when it’s soppiest to be what is goin on

Transition

I was a community national Bank customer for over 20 years First bought out our bank now called simply bank and the transition has been terrible. I can’t access the app. They did not send us an email or text of how to update our username and passwords. In fact, people have had to flood the branches just to get information on how to access their money remotely activity and transactions have been frozen for over 72 hours I would not recommend using this app or this bank. I’ll be moving my business as soon as possible.

Good protection

I love the fact that they decline suspicious charges. They really have our back.

Was great now useless

I used to be able to transfer money between accounts online now i can’t. This is just a balance checker now. Horrible change
