Pesimo!!

Es una estafa! Cada vez que lo quieres ver te pide que compres mas suscripciones, demora mucho en cargar tambien, el material es bueno y a mi hija le gusta, pero no podemos verlo sin problemas.

BABYFIRST has been with my kiddo since he was just a baby! He is autistic and practically none verbal! He still watches BABYFIRST and this app all the time!!! THANKS BABYFIRST!!!

App is not working

We’ve used the app fine for months not but now it will not load at all. My son enjoys the content but we have not been able to use the app for about a week now. I’ve deleted and reinstalled, updated my phone and no luck

We love it but….

First, The content is fantastic. However, the IT team is terrible. It logs us out of the app daily, the movies don’t match up to the one you chose, and the layout is not as user friendly as before. They need a new layout that is easier to navigate, but most importantly, stop kicking us out of the app so we have to log in constantly. And please fix the full movies…when you click on Tillie’s big camping adventure, Harry’s circus train plays. Since we pay for it, it’s super frustrating. Again, the content is great and parents don’t have to worry about what the children see on the tv. We can walk away and not have to monitor what they’re watching. Please just fix these technical things and it’ll be perfect.

Casting doesn’t work anymore, which means we can’t watch it on the tv. It gets hung up on the black First learning screen.

I like it, but…

It has teletubbies delete teletubbies now! Add fred and Fiona which is one of my favorites! Add Tec the tractor and squeak! Add tv show pilots add more games, add a game where you choose a character from baby first and then you have to pick every single instrument you want it to play! First you pick your character, and include squeak tec the tractor and fred and fiona but not bob the builder or teletubbies or math party or word party then you choose one instrument and there is every single one like instruments from around the world and make it include over 50+ instruments and do not put oops wrong instrument because every character can play every instrument. And add both petey paintbrushes the old one and the new one, thanks! And make this free

only one reason why I gave it a 5⭐️

So the reason why I gave it a five star is because it's good for children and for people that pay subscription so I download this app for my sister. She's a year old we 12 years apart. I asked my parents if they could pay for it and they said do free trial so I did and it said free trials not an option. It could be a glitch, but I'm not sure that's why I'm writing a review, if you could fix this is would be awesome thx 😊

So paying for the subscription doesn’t mean it’s add free? The baby was watching live TV and a random commercial comes on? What are we paying for then?

Doe NOT work on multiple devices

I have the app downloaded on my iPad and it works great! It’s only worked on the iPhone ONCE now it acts like I don’t have an account or paid for a YEARLY subscription. About cancel it because it’s frustrating when my two year old can’t use something that I paid money for.. no one wants carry about an iPad all the time. Please fix! Yes, I saw when it says restore purchase and it does not even work when I select it. It’s forcing me to buy it again.
