Ever since I updated the mandatory app update my phone a few days ago. I haven’t been able to do anything on the app. This version of the app is absolutely broken for me.
Good morning since the change from South Jersey Federal Credit Union to 1st Harvest Credit Union… Customer service, Banking era’s, and the App itself… All are really bad!!!!! The wait time trying to get someone for customer service while is getting better once you get them some of them don’t know how to solve the problem you may have..You have to ask for a manager. And as for the app I can’t track any of my transactions I have to wait for the paper bill to come in which is inconvenient and frustrating not being able to check for any fraudulent transactions on your account… This problem should be resolved!!!! Want to get the Federal trade Commission involved to see if they can help… I’ve been a customer of So Jersey C U for over 20yrs … The problems with the change are unacceptable!!!!
Everytime I try to log in I have to change my PW!!! ANNOYING! Taking my money out.
The app worked fine for the three or so years that I used it prior to this big overhaul that recently took place. Now I can't login to the app. I can login online using my laptop, but not the app. I enter my username and password and it moves to a screen where I am prompted to enter my phone number. I do so and hit save. It then says something to the effect of "information has been saved" then I hit continue and it just goes back to the main login page. Over and over again. Either that or it just says that there's been some sort of error and goes back to login page. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, turned off icloud and deleted the app from icloud backup. I deleted the recent backup in icloud. I've done all that I can think of. Nothing worked. Pretty frustrating.
Cannot use. Worst app EVER
The app is super easy to use. I would give it 5 stars if there were more accessibility (as it is when you log on through the website).
Fast & Easy as long as you can remember your password to complete transaction!
