This app is easy to use, and keeps me informed as to what’s going on in my financial world. I greatly appreciate it! (and I appreciate the memo edition when transferring money!)

Would like to have an option for notes when transferring from savings to checking and vice versa

Only negative is the lack of updates during weekends, which is a major drawback.

Half the time the servers are down. Especially when i most need to use the app, I can’t even see my balance. Thinking about switching banks at this point, disappointing.

Easy to use and friendly

The ability to memo transfers so I can have a record of what the transfer was for. More reliable check images would be great.

I’m very close to moving to another bank. This app is horribly unreliable. Last week my transactions weren’t posted for over a day. Delays are common now in getting alerts on spending. If there are any more glitches in the future I will be done with FIB. The people in tech support are also not friendly, unhelpful and the only answers they seem t have are for me to call the branch. Then when I call my branch I no longer get a human. Horrible all around.
