I don’t like how fast this times out since I’m inputting multiple items on another device along side this app to make sure things are balanced correctly.

They have such a customer focus

The app has been improved greatly since I first started using it. It is fast and easy and taking pictures of checks is very smooth. Nice work to all who made this an easy and intuitive app to use.

The mobile app is better than the online version BUT first rep aka JP MORGAN CHASE really need to fix the kinks with their online banking, so sick and tired of features not working or not even being able to get passed the login process. Annoying.

After having thousands of dollars stolen out of my Bank of America account, and receiving no help from them, I searched for a bank with great reviews, and First Republic was at the top. Our personal account rep is unbelievably good. I thought only billionaires had this kind of service. My wife and I could not be happier at how simple and fast First Republic makes everything, everything. I am a huge fan. A few months later, I switched our nonprofit accounts to First Republic, and again, we are thrilled. First Republic is so generous with nonprofits, they make you feel like they are a true partner. I could not be more grateful for this bank.

The app for First Republic is just as good as the bank and the services offered. The app is clearly a must have for anyone banking with this trusted, iconic bank. The product managers connected to this app and everything else in the backend deserve a lot of credit! :)

The overall functionality is okay, but it is the slowest banking app I experienced. Often I just give up and log in via the web. The payment function in particular works sometimes and sometimes not. This is frustrating knowing that the basic checking app works great.

I agree with some of the comments as far as improvements to be made to the app, and I hope they do get made ASAP, but the app is not THAT bad as-is. It’s a 4-star app. I’ve suffered through much worse bank apps. So developers - please implement the input from the others here and earn a 5-star review from me.

The app is pretty easy to use and can certainly get you by. However, it is extremely slow when it comes to bill payment and transfers. Don’t plan on using the app to approve more than a few bill payments. Bill payment approval that could take you 20 seconds from a computer will take you 20 minutes on this app

Their application AND their online banking portal are both super glitchy, and no matter how many times I’ve talked to them about their issues, nothing has changed. Every week, I have to hit “approve” in Bill Pay numerous times until it actually goes through. I also haven’t been able to see our company’s banking history, because of course, that part of their portal and app stopped working. Terrible user experience/interface. It’s a good enough reason to use bigger banks that have better resources clearly.
