For wine reviews. I wish there was a don’t like, ok, and like at a minimum. It would be great to have don’t like, ok, like, and love as options for rating. But for wines that arent bad but you don’t love- it’s hard to know what to put as a rating

I cannot find a way to cancel my subscription on the app. I do not want white wine.

Support team was misleading. And when the issue at hand is the fault of the system, the customer pays the price.

The app compliments the service very well. The only suggestion is to add a way to hide (or neutral rate) wines that are not disliked, but not liked enough to want in future shipments.

As a wine connoisseur; I’m truly grateful for this app!!

Can’t sign up and make an account. Trying to track an order and won’t let me sign up in app. And when you try to sign up online all it does is run you through survey and take you to add 6 bottles of wine to your cart, which you can’t take out for some reason. Needs a little work. Have yet to try product or see how fast my order ships out

Great app for keeping track of First Leaf subscriptions and wines to review. Not the best for adding wines not purchased through first leaf to a cellar. Would be really nice to be able to add notes rather than thumbs up or thumbs down. Would also love a “neutral” option for voting.

So one of the reasons why I joined this club was so that when I found a wine that I really liked, I could purchase a case of it. Ideally at a reduced rate as part of the club. But I have yet to find it easy way, or quite frankly a way at all to actually purchase the wines that I’ve been sent. Considering changing to a different wine club so that I can at least explore and then purchase what I like.
