Can this app be used by a none firstbank user. And hope it’s safe oo omooo I’m trying to save up my project money in ur app I just hope it’s safe oo somebody plz reply. First time user

They hardly respond to problems like mine they log me out and told me to visit the bank yet no help that’s award

A very nice app with amazing features to explore

What’s the point of hiding your account balance if it’s still going to display again everytime you log into the app. Imagine opening the app in public and everyone can see your account balance, it’s the same problem with the main Firstbank app just only worse because you can’t hide account balance in the first place, you can only disable account by not displaying it, meaning you won’t be able to do any transactions. You need better ux team behind the entire Firstbank applications because they’re just terrible and stupid, the absolute worst. All Fintech bank apps have that simple functionality of hiding account balance for security reasons but Firstbank choose not to be smart about it despite people complaining for years.

I’m trying to send money into my Firstmonie wallet but the transaction is not going it’s saying it’s has been restricted pls what does that mean is it that the account not working anymore ???

Pls help me to log it because I have some cash on it and now you said am not permitted to use the app why ❔

I couldn’t open the app since I updated it the app is trash honestly

I transferred money to my wallet for more than four days now and I haven't received value, both the sending bank and receiving bank is telling me value is not with them. Don't even know what to do next
