Needs improvement
Would be great if you can change the default account that shows when opening the app. Or allow show all codes on the screen at the same time. Having to switch the account every time I open the app is not friendly at all.

Constantly clears out my PIN device setup and then I have to reset it all back up!
This would be perfect if you could set the default authentication code when you have multiple subscriptions.
If your company doesn’t force you to use this then use something else. Every update makes something more awkward or breaks something.
If ever I enter a wrong PIN, this app does not allow me to quickly go back to the PIN entry screen. Even if I close out the app and get back in, it just bypasses the PIN entry screen until some minimum amount of time elapses. Please be more forgiving with a way to get back to the PIN entry, as generating bad token codes just wastes my time.
I can’t even get it to read it’s own QR Code from the website so I can pair the app to the website. Ridiculous.
I can’t even set up the account
Usually takes me about 15 to 30 minutes to get logged in with all the problems. Usually end up turning off my phone or uninstalling and reinstalling the app when it gets stuck in scan mode.
this is too much you still need the rsa app and then this too :/
I have had nothing but problems with this app. It repeatedly prompts for the 6 digit PIN to initialize the OTP service, even though I’ve used the app before.
