I have been doing workouts with Coach Kel since 2020. I started off just doing her free YouTube workouts but finally took the plunge with her app a few years ago and I love it! I love the variety of workouts, the options for short or full workouts. Coach Kel is always adding new workouts, moves, & challenges. Her voice is calming but she brings the heat! You will not regret joining her community! I love the app on my phone which makes doing workouts when I’m on vacation easy and it’s super easy to AirPlay onto my TV for workouts at home. Coach Kel is the best!

It’s so nice how she explains everything throughout the class, and gives tips to make it easier or more of a challenge. The app and website offer classes for different focus areas and whole body sculpt. Can’t say enough good things about it!

There is also so much variety in this app, so there is something for everyone. My favorite are barre and barre sculpt, but she has Pilates, yoga, fusion, and cardio too!
