I’ve been selecting update from the App Store for 5 days and it won’t update.

This app is one of the worst I currently use. I have given the developers feedback but it changed nothing and I did not get any feedback from them either. In summary there are many small issues but one of them is the calendar integration. If I am going to an event the calendar entry automatically adds a day to the iPhone calendar entry, so annoying. Also they have not worked out to put the day and not just the date on the individual event. The list goes on but I cannot be bothered to spend more time. Unfortunately my gym uses the app so I need to use it to book otherwise it would be deleted immediately.

I love this app. I find it very easy to use and efficient.

Very new to better bodies. But already loving the app. So helpful, easy & quick to get classes booked in! Let’s you forward view further than I thought it would, which is great to plan workouts alongside work & other commitments 😊

Semi-OK. Hard to cancel a session when you need to re-book.

Glitches terribly. Servers down plenty of error messages.

My only complaints are more like desires- I just wish there were more options for customizing the content, and more admin control vs customer control. The calendar/agenda, for example and applying coupons to a customer yourself. Things like not really offering different views of the calendar are infuriating in the face of such an otherwise robust interface, and not allowing you to apply and/or remove discount codes to customer orders yourself makes for a cluttered and inaccurate system when half your clients are elderly and will NEVER go online to apply their own coupon. When there’s something lacking, it feels entirely confusing why they’d overlook it since Wix has so much to offer and is so proactive in their design and ideas. Frustrating.
