تعامل سئ جداً ❌
اشتركت عن طريق التطبيق ولما أروح أستلم الوجبات بعض الفروع يقولون لي أستلم من نفس الفرع اللي حددته داخل الاشتراك ولما أروح لمدينه ثانيه يقولون حنا فرنشايز مختلف مع العلم أنهم قبل الاشتراك يقولون تقدر تستلم من أي فرع داخل المملكة خربوا علي السحور ومافيه رد منهم نهائياً تجربة سيئة لأبعد الحدود ❌❌

انتبهو يا اخوان انا اشتركت عن طريق التطبيق و٣ ايام ماوصلو اكلي وطلبت الغاء والحين لي فوق شهر مارجعو فلوسي ورحت حساباتهم لقيت ناس كثير نفسي

سيء سيء سيء لا يستحق ولا نجمة
اشترك اخويا في فيت هاوس الرياض من تاريخ ١٥ سبتمبر ٢٠٢٤ والغى الاشتراك بعد ٣ ايام بسبب توصيل الوجبات الخاطئة في جميع الايام وعدم الالتزام بساعات التوصيل الصحيح السبب كان عدم توفر مندوبين توصيل. وتم التواصل معهم عدة مرات في جميع مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي والايميل وفي كل مرات التواصل يتم الرد ب" نعتذر ورح نرفع شكوى" و"نعتذر ورح يوصلك المبلغ قريب".وتم التواصل ايضا مع موظف في المالية على اساس انه يرجع المبلغ لكن ما في فايدة منه. واليوم تم حظري من جميع مواقع التواصل والواتساب لانى اطالب بالمبلغ . الى اليوم بتاريخ ١ يناير ٢٠٢٥ يناير لم يتم اعادة المبلغ

The app accepts delivery for areas they cannot deliver to. It has been more than a month and they still did not refund me the amount I paid. Customer service is very bad Update: its been more that 3 months and they still didn’t refund me

Not recommended
The problem is after I paid no one is communicating with me to deliver my meals and when I started contacting them through Watsapp they are not answering 🙂 The other issue is I do not have option to cancel my registration 🙂
