To lose weight you have to lose a little every day. Fit So Simple aims to help you do just that, by eating healthy foods low in sugar and carbs. It predicts the weight loss for today, and tomorrow's weight, using a simple trend line equation generated from your past days' data.
This app simplifies diet and exercise so you don't have to count a single calorie to lose weight. You create your own foods using your best judgement by setting their names, healthiness, and sugar and carbs flags. Create meals by simply selecting the foods you create from the list and then setting their portion sizes to a best judgment of either a little, average, or a lot, and the quality at that portion size. It's a lot like card counting, but you're adding up sugar and carbs flags, aka bad macros. Weigh in every morning, plan your diet and exercise, and go! And as you add up more days, the app uses your past bad macros vs daily weight loss data to predict the current day's weight loss and tomorrow's weight using a simple linear trend line equation. It "learns" as you go. You'll be surprised how effective the app is.
