I went to my very first class this morning, and was completely amazed at the set up the structure, the studio and the instructor I was sold by the end of the class. I can't wait for my next.

I bern taking Pilates classes at 407 fitness for more than a year and it has been a transformative experience. The focus on core strength and flexibility molds your body given you beautiful curves.
