This was nothing but body weight? Minimal weights/dumbbell use. I wouldn’t recommend for advanced gym-goers
I love the notifications that remind me to get back at it and help motivate me . I also appreciate the variety . My kids and I used this program to help set up a routine for us all when we were home during Covid . It was a great thing to bring us closer together and work hard toward a common goal . Thanks Carrie and team !

The workouts are great and you can choose what type of workout you want and how much time you have.
It’s a nice addition to the variety of workouts I like to do. It helps keep me motivated and such a good mix of moves.
Works with you at your level and capabilities. Kees you moving. Good jeart rate for day burn or cardio. I always break a sweat. You can pause or stop if needed. You can share and interact with friends and others using the app. I really enjoy the yoga and stretch flow options. There’s something for everyone at at every level.

This app is incredible, always pushing you to the next level, I highly recommend for all levels of fitness never the same workout so you never get bored or uninspired .
It breaks down to $1 or less per week, and I’ve spent more on less, so I figured the chance I might not stick with it was worth it. This app is so completely motivating and easy to follow along with! I am on week 108, and haven’t looked back. I started out doing 1 or 2 days per week, and then at week 17, increased myself to 5 days per week and now I am on advanced settings and doing 3-4 sessions per week. It’s completely customizable from number of days to fitness level to equipment to exercises. I can’t do lunges due to a foot problem that they aggravate, so I just swap those out whenever I get them. Easy cheesy! I have lost so many inches - my clothes fit amazingly, I FEEL good, and I’m gaining great, defined muscle. Honestly, I cannot recommend this app more! It also doesn’t hurt to see my girl, Carrie Underwood, on a daily basis - and have the fantastic community cheering you on - that is great motivation too!! :)
