Smart fitness tracker
When I first got it it worked fine, but now it won’t work at all, it is nothing but a watch. It won’t bind to my phone, it won’t do anything. Terrible terrible piece of equipment. Do not buy
Won’t connect
It worked for a while but now the Bluetooth won’t connect with my phone there css as not sync data. Frustrating!
It worked and then it stopped working
At first it worked ok, everything was fine, I created an account, all the data was visible to me. But after some time, after I charged my watch it logged me out and asked to sign in again. I was not surprised, that thing has happened before. I tried to sign in into my account and it started loading and never loaded it to the end. I tried everything to fix this, I checked the WiFi, refreshed the app, restated my phone, tried to register again, but nothing helped. When I open the guest page or whatever it is called it works and connects to my watch but it never syncs the data and is kinda useless this way. I am still planning on buying a new watch of a different brand soon, but I leave this app unsatisfied. I am very disappointed and expected much more from the experience of FitCloud.

I have enjoyed using the info on FitCloud. However, I have lost the charger and cannot find a way to order a replacement. Communication with this company is something I cannot figure out. Anita
Waste of money.
I bought my heart rate monitor watch yesterday. Then DL the app. Will not pair with my iPhone. Totally disappointed !!!

Malfunction
The app itself started out great however it began to malfunction and kept refreshing meeting booting me completely out of the system and when I went to log back in it doesn’t recognize my email address and when I correct that it never sends an email for me to be able to access the app anymore. This was my third attempt to use this app is completely worthless as all my information reports data completely lost and I was up to three different email addresses to access the app none of which were successful
Watch band broke
Love the watch. Wore out the watch band how do I get another watch band?
