This app is very generic and doesn’t allow much customization with your watch. Alpha Gear Watches uses this app and it’s a complete disappointment. Very general information with limited functionality. I would not recommend using this app and the only reason I had to download it was because of Alpha Gear. I will be returning the watches due to having to use this app.
Binding is not working
The watch does not connect with the iPhone and only shows connected but is not as cannot forget device to reconnect. Have followed the guide many times with no success!!!😡
Not so good
The app does not register the same information as the watch. The watch does not have as much data information that a smart watch today usually has. I am not happy with this purchase.

I can’t get sound to stop coming from the watch.
Frozen
The app keeps freezing up. It needs some fixing. Really disappointed.
Nice watch but..
I like the watch. But when I receive a message the watch vibrates but it doesn’t show the message. I’ve tried every thing. I’ve reset everything. And it only just makes a buzz and doesn’t show a message. Please respond so this can be fixed.
This app is not good
The app could improve, it does not access all the features of my watch (vwar watch 7 ultra) and I can’t select more than 1 watch face at a time to be stored in my watch, they force you to keep those watchfaces that came with the watch, even if you don’t like those. Also it seems the navigation option is only available for Android phones; I’m very disappointed
Scam app
This app appears to be a scam app connected with the Luxium smart watch. I purchased a Luxium watch . In the instructions is a QR code that connects to this app which then demands one’s credit card info an ”optional” offer for music, movies etc. Free for 1 month then billed at $ 49.95/ month. I could not leave until i entered my card info which i did to activate the watch, but did not agree to the movie offer. Nevertheless, the company “FITIFUN” tried to charge my card $39.95 which was declined by my bank; but also froze my card.
