Won’t open
I haven’t been able to get the app to open for over a week now. It doesn’t say it needs any updates. It just won’t open past the logo screen.

I haven’t been able to get the app to open for over a week now. It doesn’t say it needs any updates. It just won’t open past the logo screen.
We have had them for about 2 years and have loved having them as our platform. If I ever have problems or questions they are quick to respond and help.
We have been using it for two and half years now and even though their ideas are great there’s is always something wrong with it and one has to go to the website. If there’s no wifi it wont open (hello?) if there’s a phone update one has to delete and reinstall (annoying and clients get furious) its very frustrating
Update your app! Does not go beyond splash screen.
The app is extremely useful and easy to use. We started using in our facility and it has a game changer. Customer Support is 100% reliable and helpful.
Please fix the option to add your class to I OS Apple calendar. So annoying. Makes me not want to sign up for classes at studios that use your app.
I use this app to sign up for a weekly class and it almost never gets past the loading screen. I have to go into the website and sign up through the webpage instead of the app every time.
The link in the App Store goes to their main website, no help/contact/report a problem visible. Gym member.
I use this app to sign up for my weekly dance classes. Unfortunately, for the past three weeks I have not been able to get this app to open. This happened sporadically before the last few weeks and sometimes I can delete the app and re-download it and it would open again. However, now it refuses to open no matter what I do. Hopefully this issue can be resolved quickly. As of right now I wouldn’t recommend this app to anybody.
The interface itself to sign up for classes and interact with students is great. The app does not respect notification settings. No matter what I have set in the notification settings I still get push notifications for things that have been turned off. Additionally, you can’t turn off emails for class registrations/cancellations.
