This app has issues, I’ve done the questionnaire 3 times but it doesn’t start any exercises??? No next button?
Nowhere near worth it. Don’t waste your money.
I am a beginner in regards to changing my diet and exercise because I do little to none especially with my work. Hey am not a big woman, I eat well and I am healthy. But I have noticed even for the beginners exercises, the times for each exercise are excessive. five minutes for each individual exercise is way too much for a beginner and I have spoken to a friend of mine who is personal PT in another state of mine and even he said you shouldn’t be doing five minutes with each exercise for a beginner as it should be limited to a couple of minutes each exercise and then progress once the person gets better on a week basis. As a former gym junkie myself I have to agree there with him. I found that it was too excessive for me and I gave up too easily and it’s not because I’m being lazy that I give up at the fact that the times are way too much for beginners
Short impactful exercises that I can do daily and take only 5 mins. Loving the challenges.
It’s simple to use, the workouts are in three tiers and the video workouts make it feel like you are at the gym - goals, water tracking and meal tracking plus meal plans and recipes ( I use the recipes not the plans and love it) meals are keto, vegetarian and what ever you like. I am 49, female and do 5 workouts a week with this app ( average fitness ) started three weeks ago and feeling good!
Simple to use exercise app. It also gives you meal plan. Only improvement I’d suggest will be including the shopping list st the beginning of the week so i can buy food to prepare meals according to the meal plan.
I had read mixed reviews for this app and against my better judgement decided to download it for fitness. Like many others during the pandemic, I was looking for motivation to improve my fitness levels and add a programme to my daily routine. This app is extremely disappointing for multiple reasons. It is nothing like their advert / promotional posts. You see the same model doing the same repetitive moves time after time. Sadly she isn’t fit herself so that’s make it even less inspiring. I made the mistake of paying for 6 months and this is my assessment after 3 days. It’s shocking. Please don’t waste your time or money guys. Sads
Only takes about 5 mins a day and the exercises are achievable. As I improve I will do longer workouts; but for now I need it to fit into my busy schedule until I start to convert to a toned body biting more of a priority. Thanks team
I love this app because there is no long talking spaces. Once you know the exercises, it’s easy. The first time it takes a bit to figure out how to do them properly.
