This is a really great app if you stick to it it works very well I went from 115 pounds to 75.4 pounds in five weeks I really recommend and enjoyed my experience please if your chubby it’s not bad and you don’t have to but I SAY get this app!❤️☺️

I have used Fitify for a few months now. It is OK. It has a lot of exercises. You can input the equipment you have access to or select body weight only. Ultimately the app simply generates a random list of exercises each day. There doesn’t seem to be much logic or strategy to any exercise groupings or order. If you have dumbbells, there is no direction on weights to use or even much time between exercises to find the right weight. For example, you can be on the bosu ball doing planks and then need to go to bench presses, but only 10 seconds to get the dumbbells and get on the bench. Then you might go do curls. I think hunk there are much better paid apps out there.
This doesn’t actually help you. If you are a teenager looking to lose weight or a person with no money for subscriptions you’re screwed. You might as well watch and follow workouts on YouTube. Free of charge. Good luck to my brokies out there. They never make things for us
