This doesn’t work on the food scale.

Would like to see options to increase the size of the fonts on the graphics. That, plus maybe add bold text, would make it easier to read the graphs.

This scale and app simple gos off the info that you put in the app and weight , does not measure fat , muscle , bone or anything in your body .

I have been using this scale, and ended up buying another to keep at my townhouse, for 7 years now. I love how quick and convenient it is to track my weight by simply stepping on the scale and having it immediately shoot the information to my phone, which I have linked to my loseit, Fitbit and Apple health app. I had trouble setting up my 2nd scale and linking them together, and the customer service was quick and helpful to resolve my issue. The app itself is pretty basic, but I just use it to track my weight so I wasn’t expecting anything fancy.

The FITINDEX scale is accurate and easy to use. I am a national level athlete, who weighs daily. I enjoy all the diagrams & settings! I tell all my clients & patients about this scale & app. Also a very cost effective device.

Tried pairing to Bluetooth again, didn’t help. Please fix. Edit: Tried developer suggestion. Still didn’t help. App knows that the scale is trying to talk to it because it shows a spinner for like 10s, but then still doesn’t update the weight value. So I don’t think it’s a pairing issue. There is some software bug. Edit2: was an issue with my phone. Works now.

I have the app that I use in conjunction with the scale and the measuring tape. It’s so simple and it keeps track of all my losses so when I don’t see it on the scale the inches tell the story. The reminders to weigh. The the celebration sounds at pounds lost I love it!

I have been using this for a long time. I am very happy that it made me lose weight and change my lifestyle. There is nothing more convenient and easy than this app.

Everything is great but when exporting the in-depth report to image or pdf or to print it just print one page with long very small text! It should be reformatted to fit for printing in a nice way and It should allow to export excel compatible files. Hopefully this can be fixed! Other wise everything is good.

i love data and numbers and charts and as such i love this scale but i hate the the dates on the x axis of the trends graph are NOT spaced by time but an equal distance between each weigh in. This makes the trends graphs nearly (not completely but nearly) meaningless to me. Please update this 🙏
