Gym Workout App & Fitness Plan

I don’t have a lot of fitness experience and I can’t create a program for myself but the prebuilt programs are perfect! And I like very much that I can switch exercises. App is perfect for girls too.

I’ve tried many fitness app claiming to be easy to use and free, but truth is that they are not or core functionalities are missing. That is not the case with FinessOnline! I enjoy all core functionalities even for free, I make my own program by using the rebuild exercise database. I even started making new exercises that I’ve never done before just because I was afraid that I’m not doing them right. FitnessOnline gives you visual demonstration on how to do any exercise, and detailed instruction what to avoid.

So happy I found this app. It helps me a lot with my workouts. I tried the 3 day free trial and I will definitely pay to use it. Highly recommend it.

Um dos melhores apps que já instalei, NÃO COBRA, tem recurso para usar Apple Watch. Isso sim é um app que vale a pena pagar uma assinatura!

O app é ótimo, porém depois da última atualização, ele não abre. E olha que estou pagando um ano do app
