Keep saying loading failure and cannot book class suddenly

Fitness first paragon -the best . Been to many gyms around the world ….. fitness first paragon is the best . Shawn is an amazing , warm , and the best personal trainer I hv ever had . Thank you so much Shawn 🙏🏻. All the trainers r fantastic , friendly and super . The staff is soooooo friendly and helpful. The helpers in the changing room are soooo kind, sweet and so accommodative . Wat more can anyone ask for 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻. Hats off to FF paragon. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The dates of the day must always be visible when scrolling for the classes/programmes, otherwise the user will lose track of the dates. Propose to put the dates always visible as the user scrolling the schedule of the classes.

Hi, the app is buggy after the latest update. Keep getting error msgs when booking class. Even got spots left also cannot book. Need to exit app and try again many times. Please help to rectify this issue ASAP cos it has been 2 weeks with such issue. Thanks!

This app shows how the app development team does the bare minimum. The whole achievement section sits there blank. When are you bringing that back? And the app does not support location based search even though it claims so

Loading failure. Have installed and reinstalled several times and switched internet connection but it’s still not opening. My other apps are working fine.

I hold a FF membership in Malaysia and another in Singapore. App unable to reflect membership in both countries, the app locks my membership to only Malaysia. Lodge a feedback on the app but no one bothers responding. Clearly this wasn’t thought through by the app developers. I chuckled whenever they say upgrade your membership whenever I want to book classes in Singapore because there is no way in hell the app is able to reflect the upgrade. I have to call up the service desk to help me book classes in Singapore. Stupid app.
