Better than scrolling through social media.
Although I definitely don’t agree with all of the tips it gives, some are widely known as myths, I feel this is a useful app. I’ve been trying to break my habit of scrolling through social media. I still pick up my phone at the first moment of boredom as a reflex. I deleted all social media so I don’t even have a reason to look at my phone. I use apps like these to try to turn those moments into something positive. So I feel it’s useful for that.
