Our app allows you to develop a profile that considers basic data such as your height, weight, age, and fitness goals to help you develop a workout and diet plan. To start, you’ll first have to decide your goal, whether it be to build muscle, lose weight, or keep fit. From there, you will enter some basic information and choose the areas you want to build.
The app will then design a workout plan for you that takes into account where you exercise, how frequently and intensely you exercise, your fitness goals, and even your regular diet!

You can choose between long workouts designed for weight loss or shorter and more intense workouts that last 5-7 minutes to help you build muscle and keep fit.

* Subscription payments will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of your purchase and upon commencement of each renewal term. Subscription with a free trial period will automatically renew to a paid subscription. You can cancel your subscription or free trial in the iTunes settings at least 24-hours before the end of the free trial period. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period, and you will be downgraded to the free service.
