Fantastic
Tracking your workouts and reflecting back to adjust/improve things is invaluable. This app makes it so convenient and easy to keep track of all variables. Love it.

Love the app. Love that you can create your own exercises and that it is free
Simple, Effective, Lightweight, and no obnoxious social features! I discovered this app by purchasing the Physical logbook on Amazon and I have recommended it to everyone in my circle. There are only a few additions that I can think of, one is that some workout variations don’t exist on the app, but they give you the ability to make your own so it’s ok. Another addition that would be cool would be the ability to label a specific workout to “volume” or “heavy” so your past data is compared to previous volume or heavy days.
Used this app for almost a year now. I love the app but about 4 months ago I started experiencing the app freezing on me not letting me log anything or change exercises/routines without swiping out of the app and restarting it. Been forced to move to a different app due to the freezing.
The app used to be amazing. But now I can’t get the app to open without crashing. A workout with this app tracking takes twice as long due to the crashes. Please fix this, I love this app :,)
App will not work with iPhone 14 pro.
Unlike those bulky apps, this one is simple, easy to use and has plenty of exercise to choose from. Just exactly what I need to track my exercise.
App crashed in the middle of my workout and I can no longer open it.
I love this app. It finally got me to track my workouts and it is phenomenal. I wish there were three things tho. 1)I wish the app would provide progressive overload automatically for me (because I’m lazy in altering the workout). If that means it changes the reps up to a certain point before the weight or however really! 2) I wish that if I did change a weight or a rep or the tempo of an exercise it would save and that next time I hit a push day the weight reflects my last workout, if I went up! I know there is a “last time” section and I think it’s great but if I go up in weight or reps it should change the workout and reflect, but if I have an off day it should remind me where I’m supposed to be at. 3) speaking of the “last time” section, when you are in the workout section where you can designate as a warm-up set or the RPE, the “previous” section doesn’t update. I’ll click on it to start my workout, and halfway through I’m doing lateral raises for a set of 10 and it’s telling me my previous was 135 for 5… which was my bench warm up. Other than those 3 things this app is phenomenal, hopefully there can be these little improvements!
Neat and clean app, but light on features. I recommend to add many more exercises to the library - there are a few common ones that are missing - for example running. Create a web app so routines can be managed from the web more easily. Make the timer optional - this is handy when I want to do some exercises throughout the day and don’t want to start a new workout every time.
