FitnessBank Step Tracker

Beschreibung

It’s Simple — Step. Track. And Earn.
The more steps you make the higher your interest rate on a savings account. Gain financial strength while maintaining physical fitness as a part of your current active lifestyle.
Take the first step. Start tracking with our FitnessBank Step Tracker. Set a goal. Create a group. Join a Challenge. Earn Bonus Steps — it’s all right here.
The FitnessBank App gathers your steps from Apple Health, Garmin or Fitbit. For activity tracking apps not listed above (i.e. Polar or Suunto), then the FitnessBank Step Tracker app will tally your steps from Apple Health.
Your monthly step average determines your interest rate. The more you step, the higher your interest rate.
Other devices that will sync with Apple Health can be used, too.
FitnessBank is an FDIC-insured lifestyle bank serving customers who pursue physical fitness and financial strength.

Inconsistent

Average steps are inaccurate . I took 8,500 steps, one day and 16,000steps the second day and it’s saying that my average is 8500! For those two days. I’m no mathematician but I know that that is not accurate.

App can’t even open anymore just opens to a white screen.

Works really well after the update

Definitely had some issues in the past but in the last few updates it has been working very smoothly for me

Frustrating

In some months, the app doesn’t account for my steps even if I sync it and connect it as instructed. Other months, I can’t get it to sync at all. It isn’t fair that the rate is miscalculated as a result. The current version has instructed me to upgrade every time I open it. I always tap “update,” and then nothing changes (I am sent to the App Store and directed to open it, as of it has completed the update). This app wastes time and energy. Love the concept; hate the hassle.

Never Consistent

I’ve had this account for a little more than a year… the step tracker is never consistent in its count or in its ability to function. The past two months I have not been able to log in because of its “inability to communicate with servers”. How is it that I am going to compete for the various levels of APY??? I guess I have to keep to the minimum because this thing doesn’t work???

Step count due and app can’t connect to server.

Steps are supposed be logged within first 3 days of the month but since 31st, it’s been showing error connecting to server.

Right now

As soon as the main screen tries to load, the app crashes

Love this concept

What a great idea! My fitness controls my interest rate! Actually I think the app is now controlling my fitness level. Very excited Fitness Bank has added cycling as a way to obtain “steps.”

Not picked up my steps per day anymore. The app is totally frozen up. Was flawless until the recent update. Not only that, the interest rates are no longer competitive for hitting 12,500 steps a day versus other online savings accounts so no point in striving for a goal for a rate lower than can be achieved from other banks while sitting on your back side!
