application is not working properly . Can’t pair with my I phone 11 too ..

Going to refund the watch and delete the app that doesn’t install properly. My security feature on my iPhone 14 Pro warning me of not a secure site. The $1 registration fee is confusing as I don’t know if it’s a one off payment of I’m going to be charged $1 every month. Syncing has not happened in 24 hours. Making contact is only via email rather than a phone number. Instruction manual is in the smallest print possible. Took my $1 and nothing else has happened. My bank contacted me and locked my credit card because of “unusual activity” after making my $1 payment. SCAM

The watch does not bind with the app so i can’t use the other abilitys.Please fix the app because it is not working.

Cannot bind with iPhones! Removed the device from a phone and now cannot bind with any of other phones, including the original phone! Terrible user experience! Only wish looked up comments before I bought their product!

None of the readings are accurate. Pulse always high (checked manually) steps way too high for what I do. Sleep says I’m asleep when awake…. But good just as a watch and torch

Edit: App way more stable but still crashes. Still issues with “missing features”. Old: iPhone 8 with iOS 16.6 App won’t stay open, took several resets to get the band connected. Cannot turn off unwanted features affecting battery life. Can’t find brightness to improve battery life

Soo keeps crashing, and struggling to bind watch to the app. Can’t even put feedback as it keeps crashing when trying to do it

How do I change the time to 12 hr clock & … why aren’t my notifications showing on watch? It just makes a noise 🤣

I love my watch am going to buy 3 more 🥰
