They charge your PayPal and can’t cancel. PayPal won’t reimburse.
I canceled this account months ago, and yet I just was charged through my PayPal. Apparently they do this a lot, looking at the reviews.
No way to cancel. Had to dispute with payment company. STAY AWAY!!!!
I am being charged $47 for this app and can’t cancel and can’t load the app 😡🤬😡
I received a notice I was automatically renewed through PayPal. When I tried to actually open the app, I was being asked to make a payment. I could not access the app without paying a second time. I did not wish to renew; there was no way to contact them.
These people are shysters. No way to cancel auto renewal on the app. Email is ineffective and as soon as you are charged and ask for refund, they say this is electronic product and no refund is given. Even though it was done on the same day. DO NOT BUY THIS SUBSCRIPTION.
This app is terrible - can get the same content for free - all they care about is getting you on autopay - no communication- cancelling is impossible and act like they are doing you a favor - don’t waste time or money when so much better options are available
Sadly I tried this app last year. It was not a fit for me; I tried to cancel it immediately but couldn’t find a way to edit my subscription. I was billed for a year that was not used; I was charged for a second year and yet could not find out how to cancel it is not on apple apps function like all my other app subscriptions. Contacting their customer service was nothing more than a bot service telling me nothing could be done. I just care about my customers more than that. Auto reply informal emails and locked in charges that are unclear and difficult to edit—just not a business model I would ever recommend.
They charged me for 3+ years worth of subscription ($37) at once 3+ years AFTER I downloaded the app and decided it was useless. I turned off auto-renew, and they turned it back on. Do not sign up for this!
