I started an office job this year and the lack of movement really started taking a toll on my health, weight & my mind. My organisation teamed up with Fitze to incorporate a step challenge at work during the Dubai 30x30. What a motivating way to rally with colleagues as well as a community online to factor in more steps in our day! I’m now so much more aware about how often I move and this app has created a brand new habit for me, I even walk to work! I love all the challenges Fitze has available on their app to work towards winning prizes, such a great catalyst! Highly recommend this life changing app.
