The apps is totally awesome but just slightly not so attractive probably cause too little colour, but i would still rate it cos its awesome! Hope will improve in next update!

This is good one... It also got recommend you to use dumbell or not. Can do it at home... And the animation of the picture can move give you more idea what to do.
Good workout app.
The visual animation helps a lot. However, a lot of improvements need to be done! The instruction language is sometimes hard to understand & is cut off by the end of the page. The workout program should be improved! Keep it up app developer! PS - maybe look at this app called "weightplan" for an idea.
