Spend some time and a lot of hard work to achieve and maintain my seller level. Now that fiverr decided to change the rules for maintaining the current levels, I got degraded, which is so frustrating and demotivating. Paused all my gigs and will no focus on other platforms.
I have gotten 7-8 messages on Fiverr, guess how many of them were scam, spam or bots? Every single one of them, haven’t gotten a single real human sending messages to me, please fix this, it’s getting problematic and just really freaking annoying

Jeg vil sterkt fraråde andre fra nordiske land det samme, vi opererer relativt likt. Du kan uten forvarsel bli stengt ute fra plattformen, uten noen form for begrunnelse utover en vag referanse til brukervilkårene. Med beskjeden om at du ikke trenger å kontakte brukerstøtte. Alt arbeid du har gjort med å bygge opp en profil med gode tilbakemeldinger og referanser vil være bortkastet. Spennende å se om det kommer noen respons på denne omtalen fra Fiverr.

The app feels cluttered and has a whole lot of nothing in it. There’s a ton of info in your face, but none of it really tells you anything. There’s way too many tabs for order pages, and most of the time they don’t work. For example some of my orders will be put in the “updates” category even if nothing has happened in the page. There should be less tabs. Order pages also don’t show the specific time of day that an order must be delivered, only the date. Messages are also very broken, notifications don’t go away and messages some times never get sent, which affects your response time. Some times it’ll say you haven’t responded to a customer even though you have and there’s nothing you can do but wait and see your avg response time go up. Overall the app is okay but is cluttered and clunky and difficult to use especially for sellers. It feels unorganized, and it has way too many pages with way too much info that honestly doesn’t tell you much.
The fact that I have to use my web browser to look at my own gigs is extremely tiersome… If I get questions about my gigs and I don’t remember all the details I can’t go and check in the app. I have to open my gig in safari or chrome and then be asked to use the app which doesn’t work and then look for my gigs to find the details being asked. I would love to see them make it easier to look at your own gigs, edit them etc inside the app. The app works for messaging and making offers. But it’s still a long way from complete in my opinion. Only being able to share the gigs and not being able to look at the gigs is useless.
Did just what i asked for, made ajustments as requested. Highly recomend. Replies quickly too
