• Meal planner – Plan your week in the meal planner tool to reduce stress during the week. Meal planning also increased the likelihood to eat healthy or stick to a diet.
• Meal plans – If you don't know where to start, try one of the pre made meal pans. These meal plans often come with an optional meal prep to make it less stressful during the week.
• Shopping list – Generate a shopping list from your meal plan or a single recipe
• Measurement system – Choose between Imperial system (lb/oz/cup) and Metric system (ml/grams).
All recipes in this app are as whole food plant based as possible with minimal processed foods and 100% vegan, but still super tasty. You will find lots of dinner ideas, breakfast ideas, lunches, snacks, treats, festive and side dishes. If you have allergies you can easily filter for gluten-free, nut-free, oil-free and soy-free to find recipes that fit your preferences. We have also included filters on high protein, under 25 min, low calories and few ingredients.
This app is made by Alexandra Andersson, the healthy vegan YouTuber and social media profile (@fivesechealth). She has been eating like this for over 7 years and have studied plant based nutrition at eCornell University.

With premium membership you get access to all planet based recipes, meal plans and all features in the app. We also add new recipes to the app every week to keep you inspired with new content. You can see it as a growing cookbook. Family sharing is available.
Subscription
Prices vary depending on the country. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Careful they take your money fast and no refunds!
I Signed up for a trial and immediately cancelled so that money wouldn’t be taken before I knew I was ready to commit and had used the app for the entire trial (after having trial subscriptions taking the payment before the trial was even over!) this particular one did exactly that..I had cancelled the subscription and not used it for more then a few days of the trial before the full year subscription was taken. I complained to Apple but they were no help. Be careful doing ANY trial unless you are happy to pay the full year subscription. I won’t even use this app as I was disappointed in it and can google these recipes but now I’m out of pocket as well 😣
The only recipe app I use
The subscription is sooo worth it, because this is the most intuitive app I keep coming back to for over a year now. The recipes are VERY simple yet VERY delicious. But the best feature is the meal planner and shopping list! Literally my favourite part of the week is planning which yummy meals I’ll be making that week and curating my shopping list. The nutrition info is also very handy for plant based beginners.
Vegan recipes
Absolutely love the recipes so easy and a huge variety, son who is not vegan but enjoys the recipes, except for tofu.
Amazing and affordable.
It’s great to find an amazing app that is affordable. Love all the recipes. Love the way it has how many calories, fat, protein and carbs are in every dish. She’s my favourite chef.
Eat more plants challenge
We are currently at day three of this challenge, and the food in amazing. Your recipes taste so good, both my husband and five year old daughter are loving it. It’s so great to see a five year old eat so quickly because she loves the taste.
I also can not believe how quick it is to prepare this lovely food.

Love, love , love this App. Great recipes where all measurements are worked out for you depending on how many servings your wishing to cook. Well formatted App with everything thing you need on your Vegan journey. Would highly recommend this fabulous App to anyone wishing to eat healthy and delicious food. I use it everyday day it’s my go to App.
Fantastic App, where hard work is clearly evident
This app is fantastic, it is very flexible, having the option between conversion units and offers a slim sleek design. The recipes are simple and easy, and it is great they provide nutritional information unlike other popular healthy eating apps on the market. As well as this I thought it was lovely that there were some free recipes(that didn’t require a paid subscription) and that the user is able to filter through to select only the free recipes. The hard work the creators have put in is clearly evident and it has paid off, fantastic !!
Best app ever
This is by far the best investment I ever made. So many affordable, healthy, simple and delicious meals available. I absolutely love the shopping list and meal planner feature. Everything I eat is from this app, being healthy and vegan has never been so easy. Can’t recommend it enough!!

Recipes not loading
Hello, my pages don’t want to load or my recipes. I’ve tried deleting the app and resetting my phone but nothing seems to work.. please help as I’ve paid for a yearly subscription and miss having access to it.
