Working fine, easy to use

Maybe previous versions were broken, but as of September 2023 app is working fine. Text box for details expands correctly when entering a lot of information, the UI is simple and to the point, and I get email confirmations immediately after submitting an issue.

Cannot open app on ios14

App crashes immediately on iPhone

On IOS 14, the app crashes immediately. Can’t open it. It hasn’t been updated in 3 years, so I think it is time to get the bugs fixed.

Apps keeps crashing when entering required fields

The apps keeps crashing when entering required fields such as direction of travel and contact information preventing the report to be submitted... have to use the website and manually enter in location

Unusable, app crashes when trying to use

When trying to report an issue everything is fine until you try to add a picture. Then it crashes. Once it crashes you’re done... can never open it again. iPhone 11 on ios 13 snd 14

App unusable

The app has become unusable on newer phones (even the ones that have been out for two years). It’s designed for smaller phones and it’s impossible to focus back to the end of a textbox of a complaint if you accidentally leave it, or if your complaint is longer than the small box provided (it does not scroll). Useless.

No longer works

The app used to work beautifully and I used it regularly. Now it is completely broken and crashes before you can submit a request. I noticed the app appears to be no longer supported. Sad. It was a great tool for residents who care about our community.

Keeps crashing

Won’t let me complete a new request. Keeps crashing whenever I try to input the required ‘Location’ field. Using iPhone 7.

Good app for broke stuff in the city

A little clunky - BUT the city does respond to it a fixes things!
