FIXD app does not show 3.2 liter 6 cylinder motor, why?

Paid for the first year but cancelled my subscription months ago as I did bot wish to renew. I’m still being charged auto renewal of $99. I’ll update my review if and when I get my refund.

I bought the beacon, never opened it and downloaded the free app. Week or so after getting it it charged me for premium at 99.99 without authorization! I had to cancel the transaction and speak with fraud control with my bank! I’m livid.

The app is easy to use and get started with. I was gifted 2 of these and put one in my wife’s car and one in my truck. What I like: live data streaming, multi sensor support, intuitive app design, lots of features my standard obd2 reader doesn’t have. What I think is missing: - battery lifespans vary, the app assumes all batteries need to be replaced at a fixed interval. Would be nice to enter brand/lifespan/model for a battery. Not all vehicles have a single battery. The app only lets you track one battery but doesn’t support when a vehicle has 2 batteries. - service intervals aren’t customizable. I change oil on my vehicles every 3k miles and change oil filter every 6k miles. The app assumes that service is always at a 5k interval. This makes the notifications for oil changes practically useless for anyone who services at a different interval. - oil type and filter models aren’t stored. Although you can enter the mileage of the last oil change, it would be helpful to also record the oil filter model number and the oil type (like 0-w20 full synthetic or whatever) - brake pads aren’t tracked. It would be nice to add the part number and date that pads/shoes were last replaced. Same goes for rotors even though rotors aren’t needed nearly as often - air filter(s) not tracked: most vehicles don’t need the air filter changed often but would be nice to know - plugs/wires/injectors/coils aren’t tracked. Would be nice to know when last replaced and ability to enter part number for future reference - belts aren’t tracked. Would be nice to be able to enter the last time a belt was changed. - the premium features I haven’t tried yet but a “lifetime” purchase option instead of only subscription based would be nice. I’d happily pay more one time just to not have a recurring payment Not everyone will use all the features I think are missing but I’m making these recommendations as a professional software engineer who spends a lot of time working on his cars. Hopefully the devs see some of these suggestions as quick wins. On the whole, the product is good but the app needs to mature a little bit.

Excellent scanner for the price! Just running the basic level diagnostics and code reader, the premium has even more features. Would recommend!

I use this every time I buy a car. I’ve had over 10 in the past 8 years.

This so didn’t work, they charged my CC an annual fee without my consent, did not provide me full access. Customer service is nonexistent. I had to dispute the charge after sending MULTIPLE emails in an attempt to resolve the unauthorized charge. I do not recommend this app. It doesn’t do anything more than what you can get from google for free.

I've been using the scanner for two times now and no matter how much I try, it loses connection. I followed the instructions to turn on the Bluetooth and wait but bad connection.

Disillusioned as I bought it for $19 dollars, but was charged $99.!!! It does not give me anything other than reminding me to get my annual check up and watch my tire pressure!

Obd2 scanner is great for entry level scanning but it is not bi-directional and only reads and clears you cannot program or adjust other modules except only reads codes on ecu thats it. Worth the money though!! 5 stars!!!
