Wag na po kayo magpadala dito . kung may 0.01 lang na rate ,yan ang bagay sa inyo . Napaka hassle at rason palagi ang wlang masakyan .e di wag kayo mag accept ng COD orders ,ang hassle nyo!mag closed na kayo .di nyo talaga kaya pantayan kaht sa Kuko lang ang J&t at JRS . Poor service!!!!!!
Sabi sa tracker delivered na pero wala naman akong nareceive. Rare yung item and I can’t just buy it again… dapat maretrieve yung parcel hindi yung kaltas or refund lang, lalo na kung dahil sa kapabayaan naman.

I've been trying a lot of OTP and even one OTP is not sending to my number! I have signal and all, and my sim is still working but i still can'r receive an OTP i tried MANY TIMES!
I tried to log in and thet sent me a code via sms and i dont recieve any sms code
Your app is absolute g*rbage when it comes to logging in. Takes hours to send OTP. Even the customer service can't do anything about it it's frustrating. When will your company fix this? It's so inconvenient.
This courier is the worst, they didnt deliver my package for 4 consecutive days with the remarks “buyer not on location”, “buyer requested for reschedule” when I never left my house and no once contacted me. Some two of the riders called me just to lie. Their customer service is poor, gave me false promises and later on sent the package to sender.
The app works, and the rider assigned to pick up my items is nice. However, please fix the spelling of “parcel” (it’s always “pacel”) every time we copy tracking information from the app. The message your app generates always starts with: “Track your pacel at…”
