Flashfood - Grocery deals

I’ve been using Flashfood for a few years now and it’s been an incredible way to get really high quality food for cheap. Game changer

I am so thrilled to have this app & participating stores near me. I will frequently check the app & have been able to stock up on bread & occasionally meat products. I have purchased items through this app/program that I wouldn’t have normally purchased because of the price. It has saved me so much money. It is clear & super easy to use. There are opportunities for referral bonuses & surprise credits added to your account. As the saying goes, “the early bird gets the worm”. The meat items go quickly. And just remember to double check the location that you are ordering from & that you MUST pick your order up THAT SAME day-no refunds.

As a senior citizen it really helps the budget. Great way to try something I’ve never had and at a price I don’t mind spending if I don’t like the item.

I’m HORRIBLE at planning meals out, the store nearest my work puts up expensive meats that are seriously marked down and they make for great solutions to my poor planning!

I use this quite often and enjoy saving money plus saving food from being thrown out. My one “gripe” is I frequently see items in the FlashFood fridge that never appeared on the app. I understand that’s the responsibility of the store to list all items.

Great way to find discounted fresh food at local markets. Would love the incorporation of Apple Pay but otherwise the updates do make for a better product

One of the stores in our area goes through deals quickly! You have to make quick decisions if you want things. The app works great and I love the concept of getting rid of food waste.

Had to get most of an order refunded because the store didn’t fulfill 7/9 item I ordered. Emailed support but they require a full name of each item not received, however, the app doesn’t allow you to zoom out of the receipt to be able to even see full names. After back and forth of them continually requesting these full item names and them not understanding why I couldn’t get this info, even with screenshots, I just went to my bank to file a claim for the purchase. An app update and better support would help the user experience.

This is a great way to save money!! Super simple and always fun surprises.

I can’t give this app/service a positive review. 1. There are no nearby locations for good deals 2. I’ve twice tried to delete my account, the first time on November 21 and the second on December 12. Both times I received mail that my request would be resolved in 3 - 5 days and yet… nothing. Not a great experience on either count.
