Says it’s sending, but never prints!

Please fix so I can print.

Love love love labeling

Had a small bug where the app would crash when connecting the printer after the last update - but they were prompt and fixed it and back to loving it. Super easy to use and always prints out perfectly!

Crashes when connecting

My machine doesn’t get connected to app. It crashes every time I connect. Please help

No connection

I liked the label maker and the app when I first got it but since the latest update. I cannot connect and print anything. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling but still nothing

The app crashes

I was using the label maker last week and everything was fine. And today when I want to print labels, the app cannot connect to the machine and crashes every time it tried to connect. Please help fix and I’ll change to review stars. Thank you.
