Flat Tomato (Time Management)

I got this app to do Pomodoro timers from my Apple Watch, but unfortunately, after installing it both app on the phone and on the watch, run separately and are not in sync at all. That issue combined with the fact that it’s not straightforward to control when the various timer start and stop, ended up making this experience a very distracting one.

The Todoist sync is broken. The only reason I paid for the app :(

Tried the connections with todolist on iPhone. The program does not function properly and display some json error messages.

If you were going to get this app for the todoist integration, DON’T! That is the reason I got it, and the integration doesn’t work! Developer please fix!!

This is all you need. Just set the timer and do your work.

I use flat tomato every day and try to get at least one pomodoro or more sets done for each of my home projects. It helps me keep going as I celebrate my time (pomodoro) logged on difficult projects. Eventually I get enough done that I can see the end and finish (still using flat tomato) but starting out and in the middle this app is what keeps me going and on track!

Love it and integration with Calendar and reminder is icing in the cake. Great job with UI.

I tried sooooo many other pomodoro apps and they just didn’t do what I needed or were overpriced for what they did. This app seems to be the perfect fit!! FINALLY!! I already purchased the upgrade and have no regrets so far, but there is one pretty huge disappointing fact that brings my rating down 2 stars…The apple watch app is, unfortunately, pretty much useless. It currently doesn’t sync any of the custom time settings or other settings from the app. It only syncs the task names. Any tasks completed solely on the watch DO get synced to the app, which is nice, but you don’t earn any bonus points *SAD FACE* However!!! the workaround for APPLE WACH USERS: 1. always start all tasks from the phone app!! 2. I recommend enabling “screen lock message” to immediately see when tasks will finish. Once you do this, you can manage everything else on your watch and follow up with the breaks and finishing/extending tasks without having to touch your phone (and you accumulate the bonus POMO points!) I also keep manual stop & auto continue on but not sure if these are necessary for the watch to work well. I contacted support and hope to hear back soon. Even with the apple watch issues, this app is definitely worth the price. If/when the watch app works as it should, I will update my rating for sure!!! —————— UPDATE 5/31/22: Dropped the rating down another star because their email “support” is literally non-existent…. extremely disappointed…. The app does have features I appreciate but I’m seriously considering getting a refund and moving on elsewhere….

I agree that the app is a bit confusing to use but it’s pretty helpful when you get the hang of using it. But one huge problem that I have is that the data doesn’t sync with my apple watch. It works with my iphone & ipad but even though I turned on the auto sync button data doesn’t show up on my apple watch. Is there any way to solve this problem?

If you use this app, You Must follow developer Mind. He changes all without your choice. And The app have many bugs. You are only Just Beta tester. If you pay or not, developer dont care about it. If you use this app, You will fail because of too many bugs.
