Flatastic - Home Manager

This app has been useful for me and my partner, especially since having a baby. My one note (and this may be user error) is that the time zone seems to be stuck in European time. It will start to refer to my (Pacific time) today as “yesterday” in the evening. It would also be great if there were more filters on the chores/ways to add metadata to help sort.

I’m really liking the app and the features that are available for free! I just really wish there was a widget available for my Home Screen.

Glad to have found this app! I'm 7 months pregnant and the to-do list is long. I've been able to take the chore and expenses lists out of my head and into the app for my husband to help me with, without me having to ask him to and explain. I think we'll use this for a long time, thanks! Two notes for you: Sometimes dates don't render properly in the chore cell; like showing the day as "11/0". I also think it would be great to add a setting for what you want the default recurrence to be for a new task -- I get how maybe someone may often want weekly, but I just have a million one-time chores and I wish there was a setting in my profile to set that as my preference.

Ok so this games was a LIFE CHANGER it helped organize and helped my kids encourage their chores I highly recommend this app there is a Cost but definitely worth it

I rarely write reviews - but credit where credit is due! This app literally changed our lives. We went from bickering about chores and a less than tidy home to a well oiled machine where our house is always clean. I am not kidding. But with that said, it’s not all the app - I think the people using it have to be committed to living virtuous lives, and we are family, not sure how if it would be the same with housemates. Still, for us, it was a total game changer. Being in the U.S., one frustrating issue with the app is that it doesn’t keep track of time properly. We have a ton of chores set up and they always jump ahead to the next day too soon. I spend time each morning and evening adjusting each chore individually. Yes it’s a hassle but I cheerfully do it because that’s how great this app has been for us. We are using the free version.

I introduced this app to my American roommates and they like it a lot! The only issue is that the translation on the activities tab next to the messages doesn’t work. I hope you’ll find some time to add that translation soon :) Thank you!!

I think this app works amazing and has amazing potential for families and organisation. Everything works very smoothly, and all labels make sense. But my one issue is the UI, I feel like it is too large and I wish there was a way I could "zoom out" rather than scrolling. I also wish there was the possibility of changing colour schemes, so people could chose colours that feel nice for their eyes. Otherwise, I think this app is very well made.

this app has been really helpful in managing chores and shopping lists. overall, the interface is smooth and easy to use. the only real issue ive encountered is that if i have a chore set to daily, it will post twice in the same day. so a chore will end up getting done twice in one day. it’s a bit annoying when i think im done for the day and more chores show up out of nowhere. i dont know whats causing this issue but it would be nice if it could be fixed!

The app is a little counterintuitive for setting up shared chores. It is not really possible to have chores that can just be checked off whenever somebody does them, rather than a specified order. Some chores needs to be done at will. Also, it would be nice to be able to have more than one list, because often times there are different kinds of things that need to be in separate lists.
