Flatmate Finders can be a wholesome way of finding a decent, good quality person if looking carefully. It’s worth the subscription if you’re genuine. It’s a constructive App; as long as you are honest, and follow all procedures.

I purchased the app $30/mth which really expensive and i ask for a refund because i’m not satisfy with app. They cancel my plan right away and apple refuse to refund me. Honestly this bad is af

Super Easy to use and everyone I interacted with was a genuine person too so very safe imho (I think maybe because it’s a paid service (very reasonably priced ) the scammers are kept away) - good work FF !! 👍

I leased my room out in three days. Fantastic service and well worth paying for!

When creating an account it will generate a very unusual random email with numbers and letters as well as a random password that you will some now need to record the email, but the password is not able to be found and you can not unsubscribe through the app only through internet browser - leaving it very difficult to unsubscribe and to be charged $22 at a minimum per “WEEK”… seems like a pretty well thought scam.

You need to upgrade your app so members are able to either cut & paste mobile numbers or at least to be able to call them

I have used the app to find a room in a very limited time and was able to find less than a week. Platform is very easy to use and very reliable. The team is also hands on in making sure your profile is accurate. Thanks Flatmate Finders highly recommended to use.

I’ve been using this app on and off for around 6yrs to find new housemates and recently activated my profile again. I recall liking this app in the past, but currently the product owner seems to have lost their way, as the app now makes it really difficult to find genuine exact matches. I’m tempted to look around for other, less hard work, options. There’s something funky going on with the matching algorithm, as people who don’t match the weekly rent amount I’m asking are being matched as “100%” matches (I would argue that the weekly rent amount is a critical variable for both parties to match on). Additionally, there’s no way to sort by highest to lowest match, or to filter out people who aren’t 100% matches (which I would prefer to do & then work back to check some close matches if i need/want to consider others). Consequently my match feed is a confusing mess, and though the app says I have something like 170-180 matches, I can’t put my finger on true matches unless I weed through every single one of them (who has time or the inclination for that!) A couple of extra suggestions for you - Please enable me to filter out anybody who’s still active, but who hasn’t been online for days, so I don’t have to waste time opening up people’s profiles who have likely found a place & aren’t available. Other option could be to show last online date on people’s tiles on the matches page. If you could also configure the app to allow me to more easily filter in on people looking to move on or shortly after the date my room is listed as available, this would also make searching for the right match easier.
