Everything works perfectly, super convenient
I am using this app on my iPad because of the big screen, but the user experience is horrible. This app keeps changing my created workout; it multiplies the exercises 5 or 6 times so my workout suddenly has a duration of 6 hours! And because you don’t support deleting in bulk it takes a lot of time to delete all these exercises again, because it takes 3 clicks per item to delete. This now happened 3 of 4 times and I am done with it. This is super annoying to do when you want to start your workout.

Super good app, The help desk is incredible, responds quick and answers every question you ask them. When asking for a new feature they take is seriously. they even accepted 1 of my suggestions and now its being used. All round good gym app.

The app promotes that it’s free but much of the content is available only through a paid subscription. You can search online for workout routines and create your own workout which is rather handy
I admire the widget because it allows me to see what I have planned for the day without opening the app, I recently just updated the app and found a whole new adjustments and changes that I immediately heavily fell in love with. • I like how I can add a certain workout to any day, whether its biweekly, weekly, etc. • I love the gym community so this is pretty much my comfort spot, and I love how much people are sharing their progress! • And I like when I'm done creating a workout for some other day, It's based on an estimate on how many calories I burn, and how long it'll take for me to finish that workout. I love this Workout overall, it's helped me watch my calorie burning, steps taking, and shows me how to correctly do a couple of workouts that I haven't done before.
Very easy to use. My favorite workout tracker. I love the 1 rep max calculator and rankings against other users. Super fun
I was so excited to use this app but after a few weeks, I canceled my subscription. It has a beautiful design and I love that you can create custom exercises but the plate calculator and AI progression are very glitchy and not working properly. This app may be great if they fix glitches but for now, I’ll stick with Alpha Progression.
Great for saving workouts whether these are cardio, calisthenics, or strength training. The app has a bank of exercises to choose from and if needed, you can create custom ones. You can group exercises into supersets and set rest times between reps. Also, if competition and point systems motivate you to exercise, then this app is for you! You earn points for every workout and can unlock achievements for more points. If you really want to unleash your competitiveness, view the rankings. It’ll really humble you. I left off a star because it’d be more convenient if I could add workouts anytime like the MyFitness App, which allows you to manually fill out the date and time for any previous day. I like this because sometimes I forget to track workouts and this app (at least the free version) doesn’t allow you to add a workout to a previous day.
