FlexiRide

I use this to go to and from school, I’m always booking at least 3 days in advance and the bus is always coming 20-30 minutes late without an apology. If I wanted to get a bus on time I would have to book a week in advance but bookings don’t open till 5 days in advance. If I could give this a zero I would. Terrible.

If it would let me I would rate it a 0 This is worst public transport I have ever used. Buses are sometimes late and all but with the flexi, it’s late and then never gets you where you need to be on the time, like it has said it would. For me it always shows that it will get me to my destination at 1:09 but somehow I always end up missing my 1:17 train because it never gets me there in time, always taking detours that were not informed beforehand. My sister also needs to use it to get to school but she’s always at least half an hour late to school. If you want to book it, you have to do it a week early. That’s fine and all but if your bookings close a week prior, how do you not know the correct time it’s going to reach its destination, like why does it suddenly change route. This is honestly not reliable and very frustrating. If I had a choice to use something else I would but unfortunately I’m stuck with this. Honestly, just replace it with proper buses, at least with that I know when they will come and how long it will take me to reach my destination.

The ETA should take into account the time spent for next stop halts etc and then display final time to destination so that it is clear to the user and can plan accordingly. I missed my train ( and now I have to wait for 25 min for the next train )because the ETA was incorrect and bus was also late. This experience has really been bad and caused a lot of inconvenience.

My ride was at 7.50 am booked well in advance yesterday. I got a msg 10-12 min earlier that the rider will be picking you up in 2 min. I am asthematic, cannot run. Had planned my walk in advance, the driver Rajveer cancelled my ride 7.45-46, rescheduled for 8.05 herself. 15 minutes later. Why? I am asthmatic cannot run, I had planned my walk from home, driver drove past me and came after 15 minutes to pick up. I missed my connecting train at tarneit station, which made me late to work by 20 minutes. I won’t be paid for those 20 minutes, who will be responsible?? If someone has booked the ride, for a particular time, it is planned with connectivity, just for your convenience you cancel the ride, pick up other people and reschedule same 7.50 ride to arrive at 8.05 am because you are a driver and you have access? You just ruined someone’s entire day at work and plan. Plus the updates are horrible, there another flexi ride on next street who came after 4 min and pick up a passenger from Rathmines street. Why was I not rescheduled for the that one and had to wait 15 min. I live on the same street, don’t knw how ur app is. I try booking in advance either gives error no ride found or links you to wrong rides.!!! Very very disappointed by the driver Rajveer G BSO7QZ
