Always enjoy the crew

FlexJet doesn’t disappoint. Wheels UP is a joke (with quality on board amenities which don’t make up for extraordinarily poor service and reliability) and Flex Jet is materially more expensive without an apparent benefit

We were told that planes were newer but so far my experience has been the opposite. Planes are very dated and old inside.

I would love to see a new updated flex Jet Catering menu available from the app. We need a new menu .

I am new flight to flex jets. But I find it’s a very buggy app currently. When I try and sign in often it just locks up and spins if I don’t enter the right name or password. And I’ve had other buggy issues.

Very elegant and effortless to book my trip. The best part of the app was, it suggested the missing steps I have to take like ordering food, adding additional needed info on my passengers before the day of flight. Can’t recommend a better travel advisor !!

The app allows for quick booking, has beautiful pictures of destinations, and good information on Flexjet Experiences. Nicely done!

Awesome app. Easy to navigate

Love the new features.

I will never in my life get to Use this app. But it's cool to have on my phone just in case I bump into a Hollywood type so they will hang with me.
