Ordered one item. Delivery time was 30 minutes. Paid 2 euros extra for urgent delivery. Estimated delivery was 23.25 to 23.35, then it became 23.35 to 23.45, then it changed to 23.45 to 00.00. And still not delivery in sight. The warehouse is literally 5 minutes away from my place. In this time I would have walked to and from my place to the warehouse.

Flink only have the most expensive bio of each product and put a huge markup on it. The app has multiple issues - I had to logout and login again for checkout to work, and then lost all items in the basket. Customer service takes hours to respond in off-peak times. Tapping customer service brings up the modal multiple times, and then if you choose the wrong reason for why you want to contact them, you can’t go back :facepalm: Additionally, now suddenly Flink no longer works in my area. They’re not making enough money even with their exorbitant prices and 4-5 euro delivery fees.

They let you add items to your cart (especially discounted items) only to tell you on checkout they are not available. They do this on purpose to make you fill your basket before knowing these items are not available. It’s absolutely shameful behaviour by them.

Submitted an order for a specific time slot, paid, as soon as my delivery slot started the order was cancelled. Utterly pointless service, better popping to the shop yourself

Constantly pushing the time back until they declare, sorry not coming. Happened 3 times now. Never again.

this service is really bad, you can't change your email address without deleting your account!! and deleting your account takes several days!! and your phone number is stuck even on a deleted account so you can create a new account!! WTH?. good work people. jees people invest in some proper ux and IT infra.

This app has a lot of potential and could provide a great service but the app glitches when sending the SMS to confirm telephone number. Unusable as a result ☹️

they state a dynamic delivery fee of €1.80 but not the range between the minimum and maximum they state you can see the minimum order value in the app, but you cannot it looks horrible, like some mid 90’s website

Chat does not work and the delivery time keeps changing.

Promised within 15min deliver but it’s over an hour now. The whole concept is out of the way window. Always have problems with payment and says that I ddnt make the payment while I did.
