FLIO - Your flight companion

I made the mistake of updating this app and now all my data is lost - 700+ flights , 2 million miles of data just gone ! Despite many emails to customer service they could only offer contradictory advice and not even apply their own solution of transferring data to a new account . Very disappointing and annoying to think all those records just disappeared.

Had an account for a year. Not much functionality and zero customer service. Worked ok visualizing my flights around Asia. Then my TripIt account tether broke. Uninstalled and re-linked the account but it doesn’t work at all now. Tried for 4 months to get it then to re-linked and contact them several times. Only response I got was “were working on it”. That was 4 months ago. Absolutely useless app without my 200,000 flight miles. I’m not manually putting those all in and no one will respond to fix the issue.

I love its cool and clear design! Then I find it really helpful when I was almost ready to rush to the airport, and FLIO told me there's gonna be a delay. Everyone hates delays unless they are late themselves and be informed the flight is too.

Think this is new and a buddy recommended it. Great offers, features and actually made my airport stay (LHR) a bit more interesting - cool idea guys!!

This app was excellent but now it’s very buggy. Keeps logging me out. Past flights are not disappearing from the current flights. Error messages when logging in. I hope it improves but it’s been like this for a few months now.

After an update I’ve been logged out and it no longer recognises my credentials except if I try to create a new account with the same email address then it says I’m already on the system. Coupled with delayed delay messages, check in still available even after take off. Some work to be done to get it back to the old effectiveness.

This all was brilliant but since the last update it simply doesn’t work properly, it always logs me out, it can save flights properly and it crashes, shame really, a good app ruined by zero QA

The app doesn’t get any further than the opening screen. So totally useless I’m afraid

This used to be a perfect app. Travelling quite a lot and all airports easy to access. For the last months it does not even open anymore.

If you want up to date flight information, use your airline app. We used it for easyJet and it came through before FLIO every time, if it even comes through at all nowadays. The FLIO app tells you that the check in desk is open beyond the flight departure time. Delays aren’t kept up to date. When you’re flagging behind the Ryanair app, you have real issues. As for discounts, the lounge at Edinburgh airport is on for just short of twice the price you would get on Holiday Extras and you can get parking closer for a cheaper price through Holiday Extras.
